About:Ancient City of Gaochang
in transit 16 hrs taipei, going to phom penh. free hotel ,is visa required in this case?

no visa is required if you are just passing through on to phom penh. No problem if with connecting flights.
But if you leave the airport, you will have go through immigration, visa is needed.0
