Where is the tea plantation you've mentioned? Are you talking baout the Tea Museum? If so, you can take bus no. 7 or K7 from the city's railway station to Shaoniangong (少年宫), get off and then change to bus no. Y3 to shuangfeng (双峰), then walk about 250 meters to get there. Duration time is about 70 minutes.
The transportation within the city is relatively developed. Almost all the scenic spots can be reached by public transportation. If you have difficult in finding the way, just ask road from others ( probably from the young, they may speak English).

Dragon Well Plantation is not the same place with the museum, but not far from each other. If take a taxi other than public bus from the railway station (chengzhan railway station) to the plantation, it takes about 20 minutes and rmb30. It's 10 kilometers distance.

Im sorry to disturb you again, but this is my first time in China and I would like to use every minute! I was thinking if going by bicycle is a good idea to do sightseeing ...(I should give back the bicycle where I rented it right?). I want to see mainly the tea plantation, the six harmonies pagoda and maybe a cruise on the West Lake. Then I would like to go to see the Buddha Sculpture in Wuxi and gardens in Suzhou:-) I have no idea if I can do it staying only one night- so 2 days for going around... We stay in Shanghai for about 5 days. Thank you very much for your help and maybe some advises!

Hi, first of all, I would agree it is a good way to rent a bicycle to get around the West Lake, except for some attractions are not allow bicycle to enter. There are Public bicycle rental system and privately owned bicycles there. The public one is better, you can give the bicycles back to any of its bicycle station. It is easy to find a hotel, many choices along the West Lake. So, you do not worry about this.
