I don't think you can take a train or bus or something to reach China. So you need to fly to China, usually to Shanghai Pudong airport, and then take the airport shuttle to get to Yiwu directly. By air may be the only way. A cheap hotel room costs around rmb100-200/day there in Yiwu.
