May I know the Hong Kong bus E21 are pass by Nam Cheong or Olympic MTR Station

The bus E21 do not pass by them. You could take bus A21 to Fat Tseung Street West, Sham Mong Road and then hire a taxi driving to Nam Cheong or Olympic.
On the other hand, you could take bus S1 from airport to Tung Chung and then transfe to metro to get either Nam Cheong or Olympic directly.1
