If you are travelling on a student visa, is going to be a single entry visa, double entry or multiple?

A Student Visa is generally single-entry, student visa holders need to apply for Temporary Residence Permit within 30 days after entering China.

In fact, a student visa is just an interim document, after you get the Temporary Residence Permit, the permit can be used as a multiple entry visa.
