If you live in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Tyne and Wear, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Durham or Derbyshire, you can apply for China visa through Chinese Visa Application Service Center in Manchester (CVASC in Manchester).
Time: Regular visa processing time is 4 working days. For example, customers applying on Monday will pick up their visas on Thursday. Express visa processing time is 3 working days. For example, customers applying on Monday will pick up their visas on Wednesday. Rush visa processing time is the same day, the collection time is 15:00-16:00 in the same afternoon. Please note that rush service is only available to those customers who submit applications to the visa counter before 10:30 in the morning, Monday to Friday. Therefore, if you request rush service, please select the time period before 10:30 in the morning while booking online appointment.
It costs 66 pounds in total, (30 pounds for single entry tourist visa, 36 pounds for regular service fee of CVASC in Manchester)
