About:Shanghai Weather

I will be traveling to Shanghai the end of September-First week in Oct.

I am wondering if there is anything in particular I should be aware of. Is there anything in particular I need to pack(clothing-tolitries)? What type of adapter do I need for my electrical (blow dryer, curling iron etc)? Are there customs I should be aware of?

It will be the early fall in Shanghai when summer shorts will be fine but long-sleeved shirt and jeans should be taken as well. The electricity in China is generally 220V, 50HZ.
