About:China Visa Application in UK

I am need an F visa for entry on the 17th august (2 weeks today), will this be processed in time via post?

Postal applications will be processed and returned within 5 to 14 working days assuming the documentation is in good order and no further requirements are necessary .

2 weeks is tense for get a visa by post.
