About:Guangzhou Taxi & Water Bus

How to get to LIDO hotel Guangzhou from Bai Yun Int'l Airport?

1. is it safe to take a cab from airport? how much is the fare? do cab go by meter?

2 is it possible to use subway? if yes, where to alight?

3. what about airport shuttle bus?

It is generally safe to take a cab from the airport to the hotel. The taxi cost is around CNY100. It is charged by meter.
By subway, you can take subway line 3 from the airport to Jiahewanggang and transfer to subway line 2 to Haizhu Plaza, then walk about 15-20 minutes to Beijing Lu to find the hotel. It is about 1km from Haizhu Plaza to the hotel, you can also take a taxi.
By airport shuttle bus, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 5 and get off at Haizhu Plaza, then walk to the hotel.
