About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

regarding medical insurance section of the application, will you be disapprove if you do not have it?

medical inurance at the time of application for china visa.

No sir, don't worry, if you do not have medical insurance, you can just put N/A in that blank. Generally, visa applications will not be refused just because of that.
