how can i stay in China with my fiance permanently?

how can i stay permanently in china with my fiance [which we will be getting married] and our 2 year old daughter her father is not named on her birth cert would that make a difference her full name is faye sue leigh zheng flanders which flanders was my previous name i been going to china every year since oct 2007 and its getting to be tiring i want to settle down now can you help?thanks

how and where do i renew our passports and visas in china is it possible to do in shandong province?

Don't worry, Lorraine, if you get married and register your marriage in China, you 2 year old daughter can go with you to China even if her father is not named on her birth certificate. However, you can not get a permanent residence permit but a temporary one for living in China after marriage. but you can renew it every year in China.

Your passport should be renewed at your embassy in China which holds consular district of Shandong province. For China visa/residence permit extension, you need to submit your application to the local PSB in Shandong Province.
