I'm stay at The great wall sheraton hotel and how to go to Mutianyu?

There is no train. I would suggest you take a taxi from the hotel to Dongzhimen Transportation hub in Dongzhimen Waixiejie. There are two direct 936 buses every day at 7am, 8:30am to Mutianyu.
