In order to work in China, a China work (Z) visa is required, even if you married to a Chinese. The Z visa should be changed into a temporary residence permit in China, and its duration is based on your working contract with your employer. For your daughter, she can apply for a family visit visa after you register your marriage in China, providing proof of relationship, such as her birth certificate and your marriage license.
