Spending 5days from 1sep.11 in Guanzhou are there any tours in English?specialised tour agencies ?

I'll spend 2 weeks holiday in Hongkong form 27 Aug.11 but I'd like to visit also surrounding areas without flying there.I thought Guanzhou might be a good base for some additional tours/cruises in the area.On my first visit in Cina I need some advices please.I'm open for suggestions.Any contact with specialized tours agencies is appreciated.thanks
