Pingyao to Jiexiu Mianshan

We want to leave from Pingyao around noon-time to go to Jiexiu. We have a reservation at one of the hotels in the scenic area at Mianshan. We want to go by train, but if the train is fully booked, when does the bus leave from Pingyao and where is the station in Jiexiu? How long is the bus ride and cost? We don't want to leave Pingyao until around noon.
