Tailors - to make mens suits, ladies clothes in Shanghai - staying at Majesty Plaza Hotel

How long does it take to make the clothes after taking measurements and where would you recommend to go

Usually it needs 7-15 days. My friend tailor made a suit in a shop called Yingfei (??), located in no.182, Fengxian Road. But I'm not clear if they make women's clothes or not.
It takes about 10 minutes to get there by taxi fo your hotel.
