Luxury vs Standard

Does the difference between a luxury tour and a standard tour exist purely in terms of hotel accommodations, i.e. 5-star hotels vs 4-star hotels, respectively? What about in terms of transportations themselves within any given city and between cities -- is there a difference between the luxury and stardard tours? Please clarify.

There is no difference between luxury and standard tours in transportation. Besides the hotel, some special evening activities or meals are different between these two series.
