Which city is easier to get to Chengdu by train, Xiamen or Fuzhou?

Hello, like to know Xiamen or Fuzhou which is easier to get to Chengdu by bus/train?
What is the bus & train to take to get to Chengdu? Thanks!

Fuzhou of course. One train K392/K389 is operating from Fuzhou to Chengdu. If you need the tickets, just make the booking online directly.
