About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Is it possible to arrange myself a visa-demand when travelling with an organised group?

I suppose I'll only have the tickets for the airplane at the last moment... Must I go to Brussels to collect the visa myself or can it be posted? Th tourist-trip is arranged for half october. When must I ask the visa?

Will the tour operator apply for a group visa for you and other members? Applicants planning to tour in China should provide the return flight ticket and booking document for the hotel in China. Without the return flight ticket and hotel booking, it is impossible for you to get a China tourist visa.

You'd better contact the tour operator to enquire whether he organizes a group visa or not, if he asks you to apply for China tourist visa in person, you need ask him to send you the return flight ticket and hotel booking document.
