Take Hk MTR East Rail Line from Luohu to Hung Hom, and then take Bus No. 5A, 8A, 5, 8, 26 5C, 208 to Tsim Sha Tusi Star Ferry Pier to take a ferry to Central, and then transfer to Bus no. 15 from Pier 5 to the Victoria Peak finally.
