Hi, I am going to Zhuhai by ferry, so can I get the VOA at the Jiuzhou port?

You can't get a VOA at Jiuzhou port, you can get it at Gongbei port. Please remember that the VOA only permits you to stay in Zhuhai for less than 3 days. You'd better take your valid passport and the confirmed flight ticket leaving China.
