Where can i process my my hongkong tourist visa?i would like to stay for 1 month to visit my mother?

You can submit your HK visa appliation either to the Chinese embassy/consulate over your area of residence or directly to HK Immigration Department:
Hong Kong Immigration Department

Receipt and Dispatch Unit, 2/F,

Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road,

Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
