Fast train from Lijiang to Dali?

Is there an express train from Lijiang to Dali? What time does it depart? How do I buy tickets?

The tickets you can buy at the train station itself, travel agencies or from the train ticket purchasing centre near 福慧市场 (FuHui Shi Chang, a shopping area).
departs in the morning (approx 9am).
Day train approx 2 hours, not fast, but it's faster than vehicle.
