You could go to Shanghai South Bund Soft-Spinning Material Marekt where many Qipiao tailors could be found. For the time-honored cheong-sam shops, you could go to Hanyi cheong-sam located at 221, Changle Road, Luwan district, or Li Gu Long located at 205, Changle Road, Luwan District.
