my prc passport expired 27/1/11. can i get application papers for a new passport on-line?

I live in the Waikato and wish to avoid a long trip to Auckland just to collect application papers for a new passport.

According to related regulation, your passport should not be expired before renewal. Or apply for a replacement if you lose it. Anyway, for all applications concerning Chinese passport, you are required to visit Chinese consulate in person.
