You can either apply for a HK visa through Chinese embassy in Jordan or send application directly to HK Immigration department. Address: Hong Kong Immigration Department, Receipt and Dispatch Unit, 2/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
The requirements needed are as follows:
1. Passport/travel document with blank pages and a validity of at least 6 months.
2. One completed HK visa application form affixed with one passport-sized photo.
3. Invitation letter from HK in which the sponsor agrees to provide financial support and accommodation, and one copy of the sponsor's HK ID.

As I understood, I have to send three documents to HK Immigration Dept.
Do I have to send Passport copy OR Passport in original?

Moreover if you can e'mail me the HK Immigration Dept. phone number.
