Bus trip from Labrang (Xiahe), Gansu to Maqin (Tawo)

Is there any bus service from Xiahe to Maqin at the foot of the Amnye Machen mountain? Travelling via Tongren. How long does it take? Thanks.

Haven't found direct public bus from Xiahe to Maqin. But, you could take a coach for about 6 hours from Xiahe to Xining and then transfer to Maqin in another 9 hours by bus.
