Can you tell me number of days taken/time duration/time frame/for JW202 form to be delivered to the University?
In April, I applied as "SELF-FINANCE" in master’s studies from HUNAN univ. Currently I have been accepted for masters studies in "Computer Science and Technology". The program is of 3 years , and I applied, for joining the SEPTEMBER FALL 2011 session. I had applied for an "ENGLISH-TAUGHT STUDIES".My admission process started from 21st MAY at 1:12:29 PM
I decided to apply to the university, through AT0086-CUAC. I was helped by an admission advisory counselor. Even now currently, the organization is providing me with all possible help. In the 1st WEEK of JUNE, my univ. application fees was also submitted through Western Union to CUAC company-bank account,which was 70 USD (400 RMB). Lastly all of my official educational documents with a valid-passport was submitted too (only scanned copies) to CUAC and then rightfully to the univ. through their own channel. Then in the 2nd WEEK OF JUNE , by the 13th of JUNE , I also submitted scanned copies of my recommendation letters to AT0086-CUAC. On the 20th June, I submitted the "Study Plan" to the same admission advisory counselor. During this whole time , I never had any "direct contact" with any people at the "Hunan Univ.". Then on the 9th JULY, I was informed through CUAC, that the "admission notice" and the "JW202" form from the univ. is now ready to be send. Then the univ. asks for my "mailing-address" and mobile contact nos, which I then communicate to them accordingly. Now I am continuosuly in direct contact with the OVERSEAS STUDENT's OFFICE, at the univ.The univ. has informed me that the admission notice is ready but the JW202 form still needs to be prepared by the Govt of China and is pending on PRC's Govt. side. Since 11th July, univ. has informed me that as soon as the JW202 is prepared from the Govt. of China's side, they will send the docs to me. Is this correct and can any scenario like this happen? Can there be a reasonable delay which can be this much long for the JW202 form to get processed?
