I'm in Pakistan, I want to get marry with a Chinese muslim girl she is in China. How can I do?

Your Chinese muslim girlfriend can come to Pakistan for marriage, she can get a Pakistani visa for free. But I'm not clear about the procedure of Pakistani visa application.

You can also come to China for marriage. You can apply for Tourist Visa (L visa) through China embassy/consulate general in Pakistan. Before you apply L visa, you have to get a single status certificate from a local Notary Office, then authenticated by Foreign Ministry of Pakistan, Islamabad, at last authenticated by China embassy in Islamabad or China Consulate in Karachi. Unmarried certificate and consent letter from the Chinese side are also required when you apply for authentication of single status certificate.
