Hi, how can I renew my Z visa without release paper from my employer?

I had to leave the company I worked for without their permission, I'm still on valid Z visa, now I need to change my visa and they are asking for the release paper from my former employer. Can you please advice me how to change my visa without the release paper.

Without the release paper from your former company, it is hard for you to change your Z visa. You should contact the company and get the permission, then the Z visa will be cancelled and you can apply for a tourist visa.
