i and my husband is a malaysian, currently work in singapore holding a malaysia passport, by end of the year my husband will be trafer to beijing china, i as a spouse can i apply for dependent pass  if yes how long it will take for the processing? how long can i stay in china with the dependent pass? thank u

Yes, you can apply for Dependant Visa to China as the spouse of your husband, if all the required documents are submitted, it takes 4 working days for processing. In fact, it takes months to prepare all requirements, such as the company of your husband should get an official Invitation Letter issued by the Foreign Affairs Office which prove your status as dependent.  If you get a Dependent Visa, you can stay in China as long as your husband. The marriage certificate is also required.
