i need to travel china for business purpose, what documents for busines visa application

Question

i am an employee of an MNC and i need to visit the chinese subsidiary for some official work. what all documents do i need from my chinese subsidiary and how many days in advance do i need to plan my trip. i.e. if papers are in order how many days will it take to get the visa?

If papers are in order, it takes 4 working days to get the visa, such as submit visa application on Friday, pick up visa on next Wednesday. The requirements for business visa: 1. Application form: All applicants should fill in one visa application form appropriately and authentically.2. Applicant's passport valid for at least six months with at least 2 blank visa pages. 3. One recent passport size photograph.4. One Passport photocopy.5.  an invitation letter from the Chinese subsidiary, copy of its business registration license 6. Covering letter from your company or employer addressed to the visa office.
