I wish planning go to Taiwan on next year Chinese New Year. It is is the good month to go ?

Yes, it is a nice time for travelling to Taiwan. The weather is cool and pleasant with an average temperature of about 12~19C. It has temperate rainfall. You can also enjoy the happy atmosphere of the Chinese New Year there.
