I only find some Lanzhou Beef noodles restaurants within ealking distance from your university. Well, usually, there are muslim restaurants in the campus. You may try to look for one in your campus, especially in the mess hall.

The second floor of canteen 3, and the second floor of canteen 2 have halal food. There is another halal restaurant somewhere on campus (I forgot where exactly). Outside of Siyuan gate across the street and to the right, there are two halal restaurants.
