About:Fenghuang Ancient Town

from Fenghuang to Guilin (Yangshuo)

I heard that there is one direct bus from Fenghuang to Guilin. The bus
departs from Fenghuang General Long-distance Bus Station at 09:30
daily. Is that right? is it the best way?
Today I got the information: "the bus has stopped half month before"
what is the truth?

Yes, the information is right. It is the direct way. Or you should make transfers no matter by bus, train or airplane. The bus is still available at least in this April. I don't know if it is still there. If no, you can take bus from Fenghuang to Huaihua and then take train to Guilin.

The choice is different in 2014. I heard the only bus from Fenghuang to Guilin departs from Fenghuang Chengbei Bus Terminal at 11:00 every day. It takes around 6h and the bus fare is CNY150. This is the latest info in Apr. 2014, not sure whether it will change in 2015.
