Are seasons same time of year as UK? Want to holiday there in Feb / March, what will weather be ?

Yes, approximately. It is still cold at that time in North China, and the spring hasn't come yet. No problem to visit South China at that time. If you will go, I suggest March. If possible, April and May are better.0
