Do you mean permanent residence D visa? if yes, it is issued to a foreign citizen who has been approved by China’s public security bureau to reside in China permanently. Documents required are as follows:
1. Original passport which has more than 6 months left before it expires from the date of application and sufficient blank visa pages.
2. One completed Visa Application Form with a recently-taken passport photo.
3. The original of the document of approval of his or her permanent residence in China issued by the public security bureau in the place where you intends to reside.
4. Your current visa in China and its copy.
