About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

How to get a chinese passport and how much will it cost and how long will it be released?

Hi sir. I have a problem because the citizenship that appears in my NSO is chinese. My my father is chinese but my mother is a filipina. My worry is that i can't go with my wife and my children for we apply for migration in canada because i can't get a filipino passport.

Following documents are required if you want to apply for a Chinese passport from Chinese embassy/consulate.
1、Application form for Chinese passport.
2、3 passport-sized photo.
3、Original and copy of ACR or ICR in Philippines.
4、If born in Philippines, you need to provide following documents:
(1)original birth certificate by NSO.
(2)passports of your parents and your father's residence permit in Philippines (original and photocopy)
(3)marriage certificate of your parents.
(4)degree certificate or proof of your study.
(5)Statement of giving up Filipino citizenship by your parents.
General processing takes 10 working days. Fee is Peso 3000. If you use rush (the second working days collection), additional service fee of peso 1700 will be charged; and peso 1100 if for the third working days collection.
