How is the whether in taipei during 24Oct11 to 31Oct11?

The temperature is about 19~27C during October in Taipei. It is a little hot. It is also one of the typoon month with many rainy days in Taipei. You need towear cool clothes and prepare well for the typhoon and rainy days.
