When visiting Hangzhou, you could buy some Dragon Well Tea, a kind of Green Tea, as well as silk. However, don't purchase these tea required too much. At local supermarket and Qinghefang Street, you could find some nice one at reasonble price.
For others goods, the price is almost the same in Shanghai and Beijing. But, Shanghai has much more choice from top brands to local products.
