what airline carrier goes to huaihua from hongkong? what is the temperature in sept and oct,

From Hong Kong, you should take a flight to Changsha Airport and then transfer to Huaihua by bus or train. From Sep to Oct, the days of Huaihua is becoming cooler and cooler during autumn time. So, it should be comfortable to visit.
