@Visiting Hainan

1. do filipino requires visa going to hainan?
2. since there is no direct flight from manila, philippines, what province in china would you prefer going to hainan? maybe the cheapest airline would do.

Personally, you can enjoy the facility of a Visa on Arrival (VOA) at Haikou International Airport. Well, No-Visa policy with a validity of 15 days is available for you if you join a travel group of 5 or more members.
From Manila, you can fly to China Hong Kong or a third country firstly, and then fly from to Hainan.
