Must take my Hydromorphone to China for use during my 21-day tour

I use liquid Hydromorphone for pain and coughing and must bring it with me on my tour of China (July 21 to Aug 11).
Since this medication is defined as a narcotic, please let me know what documentation or permissions I need to bring with me to China to avoid difficulties with my Hydromorphone.
