About:Map of China Provinces & Cities

is it safe to visit Beijing china in december, in terms of floods? how cold is the climate then?

Beijing is chilly and dry in winter. So, no flood at all in December. As to the climate, the temperature may be under zero about -10 to 1 degrees at the last few days of that month. So, keep warm. It is safe to visit Beijing.
