Well, the best way to travel from Hong Kong to Macau is by ferry. In Kowloon, you can go to the China Ferry Terminal at Tsim Sha Tsui to take ferry to Macau. The ticket price is HKD151 for ordinary cass of daily sailing and HKD186 for night sailing.0
