I AM I NDIAN PASSPORT HOLDER PERMANENT RESIDENT OF AUSTRALIA WANT TO VIST CHINA DO I NEED VISA?

i want to visit china as a visitor for a week i am permanent resident of Australia holding Indian passport living in Sydney for last two years do i need visa

Yes, you do have to apply for a China visa from the local Consulate-general of China.
