Can I get my China visa on the same day from Chinese embassy in Japan?

Hi, I want to apply for Chinese visa as soon as possible, but unfortunately I can`t make it untill the end of July. Can I get my visa on the same day if I apply for it till 11 am and pay extra 4000 Yen in order to be able to fly on that day. I will prepare Hotel Reservation and a two way ticket.

Sorry, sir, Chinese embassy in Japan does not provide same day service for China visa application. The rush fee is ¥3000 for the next-day and the third-day pick-up. If you can not go in person, you can entrust others to do it on your behalf, and better apply few days early than the departure date.
