About:China Embassy in Thailand

I'm from Ghana, is it possible for me to apply Z spouse visa in Ghana or in Thailand?

Hi, I'm from Ghana and am visiting In Bangkok.I Have an Official Invitation Letter From Beijing Govt Office Office to Apply For A Z Spouse Visa In Ghana Or Any China Embassy At Sar, Is It Possible For Me To Apply For The Visa Here In Thailand Rather Than Travelling Back Home?

You can try to apply China Z Spouse Visa in Thailand. But it is advisable to get it in Ghana, your home country. Besides the Official Invitation Letter From Beijing Govt Office Office, the copy of your husband's passport, residence permit, work permit and Z visa are also required. The relationship certificate (eg marriage certificate) is a necessary document.
