Is it good to go to Taiwan (Taipei & Taichung) from 14 Sept 2011 to 21 Sept 2011?

How will the weather be like? If Sept is not good, then which month is best? Nov?

It is in the typhoon season so you may come across rainstorm, etc. I would suggest April, or Novermber-December.
