Do business/first class passengers get free access to lounges in Guangzhou Airport? Is a visa required?

Do business/first class passengers get free access to the lounges in Guangzhou New Baiyun International Airport? I travelling from Australia to Europe, is a visa required for transit in Guangzhou?

If you have first class Air China flight or Star Alliance VIP cards, you can get to the VIP lounge. For details, you should enquiry the airlines when you book tickets.
